General terms and conditions
All prices advertised on this site, apply to internet orders only and include VAT.
We deliver our goods DDU (Delivered Duty Unpayed), unless otherwise stated. For delays in delivery and performance due to force majeure and exceptional events (strike, lock-out) we don't accept liability. Delivery will only take place after receiving the payment.
If you are not happy with your DERQX perfume you may return it back to us for a full refund on the products price. This must be done within 14 days of the purchase and the product must be in new condition with original packaging. We do not accept damaged items. The return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. The provided DERQX-code will also lapse. If you wish to return a product, you must fill out a form. This form can be found here.
Disbursement of funds:
Rewards earned at DERQX by the provided DERQX-codes are transferred weekly to a bank account to be specified by you. Balances cannot be paid in cash. Balances are paid not earlier than the expiration of the 14 days grace period (as, the product might be returned within that period). It is the clients own responsibility to announce his earnings at the existing bodies. DERQX accepts no responsibility.
Defects must be reported in writing within 24 hours after delivery. For complaints (in timely reported and justified) we provide a replacement. If the above does not lead to the desired result, you can request for a contract cancellation. Other claims are excluded, unless they are based on gross negligence and intent on our part. The customer bears the cost of returning the allegedly defective good.
We deliver at advance payment. Companies can pay by invoice after approval of our administration. If, under any circumstance, the client does not fulfil his outstanding invoices, DERQX shall be entitled to an interest charge, according to the Dutch statutory interest for commercial transactions during the full period that the invoices are not settled as of the date the invoice has become due. The currency date stated on DERQX’s bank statement shall be decisive and shall therefore be considered to be the date of payment.
Applicable law - Dispute settling
In case of any dispute the District Court of ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands will be entitled to deal with the dispute
Indemnification for consequential damages:
DERQX is not liable for any direct or indirect damage to the client or third parties, including consequential damages, immaterial damages, occupational or environmental damage arising from the use of the products.
